Healthy Walks
Rushmoor Healthy Living ran a short Healthy Walks pilot programme during summer 2007 in Farnborough, and Aldershot.
As part of the ‘Walking to Health Initiative’ these walks were initially aimed at novice walkers and were around 1-2 miles in distance.
