Our Exercise Classes for older adults:
It’s never too late to start to exercise. Statistics show that our activity levels steadily decline with age and by the time we reach our mid 50’s few of us take regular exercise.
RHL offers a range of local exercise classes for older adults, including Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Fit to Dance, Low Impact Aerobics and Phase IV Cardiac Circuit Clubs.
RHL also provides weekly seated exercise classes in Aldershot and Farnborough. Chair-based activity can improve posture, co-ordination, breathing, flexibility and circulation as well as improving concentration, confidence and relieving stress.
