Our Exercise Classes for older adults (over 50):
It’s never too late to start to exercise. Statistics show that our activity levels steadily decline with age, by the time we reach our mid 50’s few of us take regular exercise.
Rushmoor Healthy Living offer a range of local exercise classes for the “over 50’s”, including Tai Chi, Salsa, Yoga, Pilates, and Aerobics.
Rushmoor Healthy Living also provide weekly seated exercise classes in a number of venues in Aldershot and Farnborough. Chair-based activity can improve posture, co-ordination, breathing, flexibility and circulation as well as improving concentration, confidence and relieving stress.
