Yoga
Yoga is a system of physical exercises and movements performed in a slow and graceful manner. Not only does Yoga help you to relax, it also improves your strength and flexibility. Yoga increases energy and vitality and uplifts the spirit.
What Do I Wear? Comfortable clothing should be worn, and bring a blanket for the final relaxation. You will also need a cushion and a thick towel or exercise mat. Please bring a bottle of water.
