Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise system, which uses slow, smooth body movements. It can be practised by people of any age and any level of fitness. Tai Chi can help reduce stress and improve co-ordination, balance, circulation, general health, fitness and mental well being.

What Do I Wear? Loose fitting comfortable clothes. The exercises may be done with or without supportive flat soled shoes. Please bring a bottle of water.
