These classes are primarily chair based and promote physical activity for those who are less able.
The classes are set to lively music from toe tapping Scottish pipe music to the hand jive.

Remarkable individual health and fitness improvements are regularly achieved by participants.
The tempo of music helps mood and relaxation, coupled with the safe use of simple equipment such as hoops, balls, bands, parachutes and batons extends the range of body actions.
Muscle strength, limb mobility, balance, breathing capacity and circulation are all improved.
