PILATES
Pilates is a form of body conditioning with a difference. In addition to muscle toning, stretching and relaxation, Pilates develops core abdominal strength. Pilates can be beneficial to people with back problems, however please seek advice from your GP before-hand.
What Do I Wear? Please wear comfortable clothing and socks (no shoes are worn). You will also need to bring with you a thick towel or exercise mat and a bottle of water.
