Low Impact Aerobics is a fun, gentle workout which focuses on building a healthier body by combining a cardiovascular workout with some light body conditioning and stretches.
What Do I Wear? Loose fitting, comfortable clothes should be worn. You should wear trainers, plimsolls or similar. Please bring a bottle of water.
