Walking
Nordic Walking provides a much more effective workout than simply going
for a walk! Burn around 45% more calories and exercise over 90% of your
skeletal muscle.
This class will teach you how to walk with the poles, and then develop
your technique with a combination of endurance and circuit-style sessions.
Poles are supplied but advance booking is essential as we have a limited
number of poles for people of different heights.
What should I bring to class and what should I wear?
These are outdoor classes, so wear trainers suitable for walking, and
appropriate clothes.
