Have you thought about running, but don’t know where to start,
or don’t want to do it on your own?
Come and join our friendly group and start from scratch with the basics.
The aim is to progress to a 5 km run, taking advantage of the woodland
surrounding the class venue.
What should I bring to class and what should I wear?
Wear trainers suitable for running and comfortable clothes. You will be
outdoors, so dress appropriately! Bring a bottle of water
