Cardiac Rehab
Our Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation classes are for people who are either recovering from heart problems or heart surgery. We offer safe and effective exercise under the guidance of a qualified B.A.C.R exercise professional (British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation).
Chair Based Exercise
Our Chair-Based Exercise classes aim to improve flexibility and fitness for people who prefer to remain seated, either on a chair or in a wheelchair. The classes are gentle and are particularly suitable for people who are less able.
Fit to Dance
If you are looking for an exercise class that focuses on having fun whilst enjoying a gentle but effective workout, this could be the class for you. You do not need a
partner, and you will be learning simple dance routines to a variety of musical styles.
Low Impact Aerobics
Low Impact Aerobics classes offer an effective workout to improve flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of body conditioning which focuses on the core postural muscles which help to keep the body balanced, and which are essential to providing support for the spine.
Pulmonary Maintenance
Pulmonary rehabilitation is an integral part of the health maintenance of those with chronic respiratory disease who remain symptomatic or continue to have decreased function despite standard medical treatment.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise, in which you learn to perform a series of movements at a slow, smooth pace.
