RHL has something for everyone; it doesn’t matter what you’re

We deliver health and wellbeing programmes for individuals, groups and
companies. Whether it’s in the community or at work or school, there
is an activity for you; Exercise Classes for all ages, Walks, Fit to Dance,
Street Dance, Health Checks and much, much more.

Starts January, Chi Ball at Memorial Hall in Hawley
Chi Ball exercises your body and your mind! This gentle exercise class
combines Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates in a unique holistic concept together
with the philosophies of traditional Chinese medicine, gentle self awareness
and deep relaxation. Using a small hand held aroma infused ball, you will
go on a journey through the five elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal
and Water. Changing with the seasons, the class will focus on the different
elements throughout the year.
